Shipping policy

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over Euro 99.00 (for orders under the indicated amount the shipping cost is Euro 4.90).

Shipping for orders from EU countries is equal to Euro 15.00.

Shipping for orders from countries outside the EU is Euro 25.00.

Delivery of products and related costs

  1. For Italy, the products purchased will be delivered, to the address indicated by the Customer, within 3/4 working days of shipping the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site. Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.
  2. We ship all over the world, however Dream Project reserves the right to accept or not accept deliveries outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders the times may vary. In Europe, the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and other countries, it takes approximately 6/7 working days at the cost specifically indicated on the Site.
  3. With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs costs will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
  4. The delivery times indicated by Dream Project must be considered purely indicative and a delay compared to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
  5. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
    • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
    • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
    Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

To facilitate delivery, make sure that the shipping address is correct and that there are all the elements to identify the delivery address (name on the intercom, staircase or extension number).

The couriers we use are: Bartolini, DHL or Poste Italiane.

In Italy BRT provides a single formula of 3-4 working days (on average).

Abroad, DHL provides a single formula of 5 working days (on average).
